There are an abundance of finance and leasing companies operating in the UK, often with a similar product offering, service and rates. To compete and offer real value to both the vendors and end user customers we serve, we have to be different.

For the manufacturers we serve, we have built and implemented dedicated leasing programs designed to serve their individual needs, whilst understanding the requirements of their end user customers. For our vendor relationships, our strategy is far superior to that of other leasing companies. We can illustrate this, simply by using the example of the other non-leasing companies we have either acquired or built from scratch.

A few key events...

2001 - Formed an online credit information company
Now a significant supplier of online business and credit information in the UK.

2003 - Acquisition of a computer recycling and disposal company
With the emergence of the WEEE directive and major changes in individual and corporate behaviour to disposal and recycling of waste, this associated company can add real value to all companies we trade with.

2004 - Acquisition of a business publication company
A publishing business focusing on the recognition and reward of achievement in business. Having sold in the region of 30,000 books since 1998, and having the world’s most extensive catalogue of Who’s Who titles, Who’s Who Publications PLC are a pioneer in the sphere of business biographical publishing.

2006 - Formed Leasesoft
Our division focusing on business software leasing. Software leasing is not unique, but there are a limited number of companies who are happy just to finance software on its own.

2007 - Formed Lease & Learn
With a new government directive on mobile learning and increased capital investment into ICT in the education community, a new division was created to focus directly on these opportunities.

2007 – Bought Power Leasing Limited
Formed in 1976, this company is regarded as being one of the UK’s oldest leasing brokers

2008 – Bought the customer base of AB and C Finance plc
A leasing company dealing in the telecoms and medical sector

2009 – Bought the customer base of Cordoba Capital
A London based leasing company
